In this section I release the codes I developped during my research. All of them are programmed under GNU/GPL Licence. It is not at all a guarantee of their quality, but at least you can feel free to share and modify them!
Convert files from many atomic file formats to many others. Also allows to perform simple transformation on atomic systems.
Analyze {111} glide planes in an fcc metal, calculate properties of dislocations: Burgers vector, shape, core extension, velocity.
Calculates the band structure of any (n,m) carbon nanotube, using a simple tight-binding model.
Calculates the atomic positions for any (n,m) carbon or boron nitride nanotube.
